I sent their email address hello@stash.co.za 2 questions on the 9th/May/2020 ,Their Black support desk member “Mongezi Dubula” replied to it on the 12th/May/2020 but with the wrong answers! (He replied with an answer I already knew…Imagine, he’s working for this such a reputable 60 year old company but he’s incompetent, unqualified -he couldn’t answer my simple questions…He has the job coz he’s black..❕). This reminds me to say: this is apart of the many SA companies that used to always give us excellent customer service but ever since Black people started filling up almost all the job positions in every SA company, customer service/member support has become Bad, the quality of the company/business has Declined/Deteriorated -Just like everything else blacks touch , I guess blacks want everything else in SA to be like the condition their black townships are in -so THEY can feel comfortable…while working in our companies/businesses, like they are & do at home in their black townships….❗By giving me the wrong answer to my email question, I think was also His way of telling me that this Stash income opportunity is Not for us unemployed/poor people but only for those who can afford to stash R5-R10 Everyday (+- R300 p/m , which makes it like other companies’ “R300 p/m tax-free investment accounts”…). This BEE/affirmative action has meant that more blacks have jobs but at the same time, it’s meant companies are Losing support/membership because of their black employees’ incompetencies…❕
The Liberty website/mobisite looks great, & its’ page about this stash product looks great & its’ app also looks great but We caNt use this stash product on the liberty website/mobisite , We can use this stash product only on its’ App (which is free to download of the Google play store..) but it’s Not compatible with my Android 4 devices (my only internet access so…!) & its’ App Description doesN’t say if it works on Android 5 or 6 or 7 & over devices -They expect us to guess on what type of devices it’ll work on ❔❕ Idiots❕
Based on the 2 problems above, I Rate Liberty & their Stash offering, a 2/5 ..If Mongezi just answered my Q’s correctly, I wouldn’t have had to write this post to begin with…❕

When I bought my new phone from a south african online store (technomobi) around mid 2020, It came already installed with This nice looking Ten Fold Education App (& I immediately thought “Oh wow! A new phone that’s come installed with a South African App ,this is a first for me because we’re so used to new phones coming installed with only overseas/american apps so it’s so refreshing to see its… South African App ❕🙂 There Supposed To Be Much more of this ▶️ new phones already coming installed with south african apps…Hello, 📢 South African Companies & Businesses Out There -U’re sleeping on this one too❗” 😐) But then I asked “Who’s registering on ,using & benefiting from it ❓🤔” Must be Only those same middle class people who are the only ones who can afford to stash abt R300 p/month using their Stash App above ❕😅
